Why I Do This Work

One of the greatest joys of my work is watching students realize what they have to offer.

Many students begin the college admissions process focused on what they think colleges want to see. They compare themselves to others, question whether they've done enough, or struggle to recognize the value of their own experiences.

I love helping students see themselves differently.

Through conversations, reflection, and thoughtful guidance, they begin to recognize strengths they hadn't noticed, experiences they hadn't valued, and stories only they can tell. As their confidence grows, so does their ability to communicate who they are—both in their applications and beyond.

Helping students find the right college is important, but helping them discover confidence in themselves is what makes this work so meaningful to me.

Meet Our Founder

Page Munford Kolligian is an educational consultant who has been an educational consultant, teacher, and parent coach for 10 years. She excels at developing strong relationships with her students and their families while providing structure and support throughout the college process.

As a fellow parents with children with learning disabilities, Page became passionate about educating herself on all aspects of their learning challenges as well as understanding both the school-sanctioned and the 504 processes.

Some of her training and past experience include:

• Advocacy Training at the Federation for Children with Special Needs

• Attendance at multiple International Dyslexia Association conferences

• Teaching students with learning disabilities at the Carroll School in Lincoln, MA

• Experience as Director of the Dover Sherborn Special Education Parent’s Advisory Council

• Educational Consultant Training at the IECA Summer Training Institute at Swarthmore College

With this experience in hand, Page launched SchoolFIT, an educational consultancy to help parents and students navigate the challenges of finding the best secondary school, regardless of learning differences. She was later recruited by a college consulting firm, where she spent two years before joining Educational Advocates College Consulting.

Recently, Page returned to SchoolFIT to continue her work as a consultant for college students. By first understanding each student’s needs and unique learning styles, Page identifies colleges and universities that offer educational opportunities designed to develop and accentuate each student’s individual strengths. Her goal is to help students of all learning abilities find an academic institution where they will thrive and succeed.

My Commitment

I intentionally work with a limited number of students each year so that every family receives the time, attention, and support they deserve.

The college admissions process can feel stressful, but it doesn't have to feel overwhelming. My goal is to be a steady guide throughout the journey—helping students stay organized, discover their strengths, and make thoughtful decisions with confidence.

I would be honored to be part of your family's college journey.

Every Student Has a Story

My journey into educational consulting began as a parent.

As I navigated the educational system with my own children, I gained firsthand experience advocating for their needs, understanding different learning styles, and discovering how important it is for every student to be seen as an individual.

That experience inspired me to learn everything I could about education, college admissions, and student advocacy. Over the years, my work has expanded to support students with a wide range of strengths, interests, and learning profiles.

Today, SchoolFIT reflects what I've believed from the beginning: every student deserves thoughtful guidance, an individualized approach, and someone who truly takes the time to understand who they are.
